All right anon, since you asked nicely. You didn’t specify whether you meant recent or old so…
1.Jewel in the Palace (Dae Jang Geum) is a period drama which turned Lee Young Ae into a superstar. It’s basically about a girl Jang Geum who became the first Royal physician during the Joseon Dynasty. You will surely enjoy the showcase of Korean culture and cuisine infused in the drama.
2.Coffee Prince - about the romance between a girl pretending to be a man and a man who fell in love with a her even though he thought she was a man. The chemistry between the leads Yoon Eun Hye and Gong Yoo is a marvel to watch.
3.Chuno (Slave Hunters) if you are into brawny men (like me!), fantastic fight scenes and never ending romantic angst, then you should watch this.
4. Full House - two reasons, Rain and Song Hye Kyo. Oh and of course Papa bear, mama bear and baby bear! hehe
5.My Name is Kim Sam Soon - a rather plump leading lady nearing her 30’s hired as a fake girlfriend of a handsome reluctant restaurateur until sparks fly and the lie becomes real. Hyun Bin and Kim Sun Ah were had great on-screen chemistry. Plus Daniel Henney as eye candy bonus.
