Yes, it is in fact Tang Yan in these photos. These are promotional shots of her role playing as the twin characters of an on-line game called Tunshi Canqiong <吞噬苍穹> (which could mean “devour the sky” in English) being the spokesperson of said rpg. She also sang the theme song. It actually looks pretty cool!
