If you are a fan of wuxia especially of the ancient rpg fantasy kind, you must surely know about Qin’s Moon. If not, then you better start watching the animation and marvel on how the franchise has grown since it’s humble beginning back in 2007. It has spawed web games and 5 seasons of animated series. A live-action series is also being cooked up (under Tangren productions) but no word on who’s filling up the characters yet. I would love to see Hu Ge in it not as Jing Tianming (of course!) but in some capacity.
As promised Qin’s Moon The Movie <秦时明月3D电影龙腾万里/Qín shí míngyuè 3D diànyǐng lóngténg wànlǐ> produced by StarQ is finally heading to theaters this year. It will hit cinemas on August 8.
